Ludhiana, June 10: The Market Committee Ludhiana, functioning under the Punjab Mandi Board, has presented its budget for the financial year 2026-27. The proposed budget of approximately ₹46 crore has been sent to Chandigarh for approval. Chairman Gurjeet Singh Gill and Secretary Harinder Singh stated that once the budget receives approval, all pending development works in the mandi will be undertaken on a priority basis. Chairman Gill said that the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is carrying out development projects at a rapid pace across the state. As part of these efforts, link roads in villages and several other development projects will also be completed. Accountant Deepak Singla and other staff members were also present
