Chandigarh, (Dharaledar bureau)25 June 2021- Punjab government has announced the new guidelines for covid-19 pandemic, starting from June 25th. The restrictions are extended till June 30th. The relaxation is given IELTS Coaching Institutes who can now open provided their teachers, staff and students have had atleast one vaccination.

The guidelines are as followed-

Daily night curfew from 8pm to 5am and Sunday curfew (from 8pm on Saturday upto 5am on Monday) to be imposed throughout the state- but all essential activities including those covered under ‘Exemptions- to continue to remain unaffected, unhindered and exempted from curfew restrictions.
All restaurants (including in-hotels), cafés, coffee shops, fast food outlets, dhabhas etc., cinemas, gyms, museums to be opened at maximum 50% of capacity, subject to all their employees having received atleast one dose of vaccination.
Bars, Pubs and ‘Ahatas- to remain closed.
All educational institutions i.e. schools and colleges to remain closed.
No gathering of people more than 50 to be allowed, including weddings/cremations.
Non-AC buses may operate to capacity but no standing allowed, AC buses to operate at maximum 50% of capacity.
